Here’s something to amaze (or bore!) your friends with. Did you know that Johann Sebastian Bach the famous classical composer used numerology used numerological elements in his compositions ? Well you do now ! Here’s the source of my information - http://www.loyd.net/wacky/number.html.

Actually I found something else along the same ‘theme’ (sorry!) tonight at http://www.splendidezine.com/departments/bookshelf/bookshelf21405.html and here’s the key extract :-

“Butlin supplies three stories about Antonio Vivaldi, which are wide-ranging in their references. “Vivaldi, the jumping cardinal, God, and the number 3″ is a magical combination of facts from Vivaldi’s life — his poor health preventing him from officiating the Mass, his interest in numerology — with more fictional material — Sergio Leone’s Fistful of Dollars, conversations with the deity, and a clock that just won’t move forward while he’s composing. Apparently, this latter trick is how Vivaldi managed to be so prolific: time stops while he composes. No wonder all of those bassoon concerti were written!”
